We are growing our portfolio of luxury rentals. We bring a team of designers and architects to design and furnish our rental properties. You can do a short-term lease – a minimum of two days – or a long-term lease. We use Airbnb to manage our bookings. Click to see available rental properties!

From concept to completion, we guide our clients through the home building process. We have experience building homes with elevators, roof top patios, roof top hot tubs, rammed earth walls, multiple floors, and much more. We are ready to take on any home building challenge!

2. Location |
Do you own land that you want to build on? Great! We can build on your property. If you do not own land, you can select from our available lots. Contact us for an updated list of lots. |
3. Design |
You can work with our in-house architect to begin designing your home. From floor plan to selecting finishes to finalizing your loan, we will guide you through the process. You will have access to all our vendors and will get our builders discount where available. Vendors seek out our business because of our reputation and on-time payments. If you already have an architect in mind, we will work with any architect you choose. Already have the floorplan and design? You are two steps ahead! Send us your floor plan, build of materials, survey, and other information and we will give you a cost estimate. |
4. Build |
We will work with the city permitting offices, homeowners’ associations, and all relevant parties to get approval to begin construction. We will oversee the building process through completion. You can participate as much as you'd like or just observe the process. We will seek your approval before making any changes not in our original plan. |
5. Move In |
Move into your new space and then stay connected! Your home will be covered under our warranty and we will be available to answer any follow-up questions or concerns. |
